🇺🇸 Important Update for U.S. Customers
Due to recent changes in shipping policies, Japan Post has temporarily suspended shipments to the United States. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
To continue serving our U.S. customers, we’ve partnered with Yamato Transport for alternative shipping. Here’s what to expect:
- Estimated shipping cost: $25 USD via Yamato Transport
- Import tariff: Approximately 15%, charged upon arrival in the U.S.
- Tariff payment: Must be completed by the customer before final delivery

🇹🇷 Important Notice for Customers in Turkey
Due to strict import regulations in Turkey, we are currently only able to ship packages that meet the following conditions:
- Total product value must be under 30 EUR
- Motors cannot be shipped to Turkey under any circumstances
Orders that do not comply with these rules may be rejected by customs or returned to us. We kindly ask our Turkish customers to double-check their order contents and value before purchasing.
🇮🇳 Important Notice for Customers in India
Due to BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification requirements, we are currently unable to ship any hardware products to India. Our products are not BIS-certified, and shipments may be rejected by Indian customs or returned to us.

Returns
Aotenjo has a 30-day return policy. Customers can request a return within 30 days of receiving their item, provided that the product is in its original condition, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
